All products are custom-made based on customer-approved artwork. All sales are final.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production.

My Brand Revolution is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including logos, text, colors, sizing, spelling, or design placement.

We will replace the exact same product only if the error was caused by My Brand Revolution during production.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed.

My Brand Revolution is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier-related issues once an order leaves our facility.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, trademarks, images, and other content.

My Brand Revolution is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-provided artwork.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of the original product when a verified production error has occurred.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
